It takes approximately 7-14 days to germinate, and a total of 60-70 days (summer savory), 90-110 days (winter savory) from seed to harvest.

The best time to harvest your savory is when the plant starts to flower.

Savory can grow up to about 12-18″ tall (summer savory), 15-30″ tall (winter savory).
